Can somebody tell me how to do low-level formatting on IBM-PC?  I think I need
to use debug but I forget the whole command.

Actually the problem is that my hard-disk has no partition for DOS, all are
non-dos partition.  The system does not seem to recognize the C drive atall.
Somehow I need to delete one non-dos partition or reformat the hard-disk.
