Does anyone know what any of the following "things" do and in
what machines in the MSDOS world they apply to:

Undefined opcodes for 80x86 class processors:
       0F 07 -- presumably on 386s?
       0F A6 CA -- maybe on 286s?

    Keyboard controller commands:
       DD
       DF

I/O ports (note that they are 16-bit I/O addresses):
       3F00
       3F20
       3FA0
