There is some information in the two volume book "The Chemistry of
Organic Silicon Compounds", which is part of the series "The Chemistry
of Functional Groups" published by John Wiley and Sons. The authors are
Saul Patai and Zvi Rappoport. It was published in 1989. I would also
suggest a call to Huls, they are experts in silicon chemicals and chemis-
tries, or Gelest( specifically a person named Barry Arkles). The number
for Gelest is 215-547-1015 (USA). A Huls contact would be Gerald Larson
at 1-908-981-5490.
