Identification of Intel CPU Please

Cn someone at Intel please identify the following CPU, as it has a heat
sink glued to the top and I need to ensure that the mother board settings
are appropriate.

Underneath on gold square:

              C2332503CA
                  A4
              BE     44

I'd be very grateful if someone could identify and let me know either here
or by e-mail.
