The VL+ "Hippo" board made by OCTEK (Ocean) produces the following sequence
of tones on boot up:

Low--High--High--High--Low--Low Al are long tones with gaps.

No video display - Some pushing or proding will sometimes bring it back
to life - Does anyone know what this sequence means? I've tried a VLB
card (Cirrus Logic 5428) and an ISA Tseng Labs ET4000. Thought it might
be a VL Slot problem at one time as first time the Tseng went in, it
booted. Now the Tseng produces he same result.

Has anyone got a manual for the Ocean (Octek) "Hippo" VL+ board?
