AMBRA system and P24T-S upgrade

I have an AMBRA 486-33SX based system (an IBM disguised system), and would
like to replace the CPU with the Pentium Overdrive 83Mhz (P24T-s).

The motherboard is a VL Bus, and the video is a CL card with several other
I/O ports. Bios is AMI 1993 V15 R1.43.

I can't lay my hands on the manual, and before I pull everything out the get
at the board, does anyone know if the P24T-S *can* be plugged into this
board, and if so, what, if any jumpers need to be changed.
