My SiS 471 motherboard supports specifically the Intel DX4/100 and I understand that the AMD chip should run happily where an Intel one does. The thing that concerns me is that the handbook which, typically for a cheap board has the minimum information in it, has some odd link settings:- 1. for 3.45v AMD DX2/66/80 It claims to be voltage "autosensing" - is 1. because there is nothing to autosense on these AMD chips or because it can't sense on any AMD chips. It doesn't mention the AMD DX4 anywhere. 2. for Intel DX4/100 Is this specifically for the Intel chip or for DX4s? Any help would be welcome as I'm getting a bit nervous! Sam -- 601
