I'm afraid I can't help you with your second question.

As for your first,  years ago I did some RMX development
on Unix (System V, but it shouldn't matter) using an RMX
emulator that we developed.  I would recommend this
approach and could probably find you the emulator sources
if you'd like (no promises, it was 7 years ago!).

There weren't any (that I remember, so there may have been
a few) problems with differences between the Intel compiler
and the Unix compiler.  Nor were there any differences between
RMX and our emulator even though it only took a couple of weeks
to write.  Actually now I think about it,  we left out certain
parts that we weren't going to use,  such as task control.
