Thanks to several of you who tried to answer my recent query about how one can get raw postscript (e.g., as generated on another system) printed in the background. Only one person came through with the solution, although several tried. sumi@cuby.mis.hiroshima-u.ac.jp (SUMIYA Takahiro) has written a little application called MacLPR that does exactly what I wanted, plus a little more. It does not appear to have shown up at any of the usual archive sites; he says he's sent it to fj.binaries.mac, whatever that is. ANYWAY, I've sent a copy on to comp.binaries.mac and info-mac, no promises or guarantees but it seems to work. Ted Lee <tmplee@tis.com>
