AD 2.0 and non-US MacOS'

As anyone got a patch kit for AutoDoubler 2.0 in order for it to run
on non US operating systems ? I recently bought v2.0 from the US, but it
refuses to run on my localised OS.

A way around this with the preceding version(s) 1.0.x was to upgrade it with
Salient's 1.0.7i patch kit .. Must one wait for Fifth Gen. Sys. to release
an upgrade ? Is there another way around this ? Or must I switch back to a
US version of the OS ?
