How to create PS file from WORD 5.1 ?

I'd like to create a PostScript file (ie text) file to upload to
internet to colleagues.  I'm using MS WORD 5.1 on the Mac - which
is great for reading PS files and converting and PRINTING the PS,
but how do I take an elegant WORD document and make an ascii text
file to upload for (non-Mac) folks to print on their own systems?
