The way around this is, of course, to put the laserwriter
driver (or a copy/alias of it) in the system folder.
I don't think this cure works under 7.1, though.

Try finding Adobe's individual typefaces.  The disk should come
with a utility named font downloader or something like that.
You can freely copy that utility from a friend but it's not available
on any of the ftp sites.
