	Just last night I discovered that the problems I had been having with
Lotus 1-2-3 was from the 'tear-offs' control panel I was running on my LC.  It
now works fine, and I am running SoftwareFPU as well.  Are you sure that's the
problem?  The freeware Extensions Manager is very handy for solving these 
problems if you don't already have this.
