Well, I'm going to take a slightly different approach.  I'm going to try
MacInTax again (I've used it for quite a few years).

If its quality isn't up to snuff, then I'll take ChipSoft up on their
money-back guarantee, and tell them exactly why.  The guarantee is good
up to April 15th.

If a fair number of people use MacInTax this year, and insist on getting
their money back, ChipSoft might possibly get the message that they need
to clean up their act.
