Question about Laser Optics

Hello,

I was asked about a program called "Laser Optics".  I have never heard of it.
Does anyone out there no anything about this program?  A brief description
of what it does would help me before I go to try to help him.  He claims that
since he upgraded to Sys 7, it does not work any more.  He said that the
program says that it is Sys 7 compatiable.
