I'm looking for a decent accounting package for my Mac. Don't recommend Quicken. I need to keep track of large-ish research grants, but don't need A/P and A/R, just expenditures really. I don't mind something more than I need, but not less. I've been using a custom 4D runtime, but it's got bugs and problems. I have no support to keep coming and modifying it, and I haven't go time to figure out each flaw myself. I'd like to use a package made for 4D, if there is such a thing. Something else would be fine too-if it does all the features I want. I've called Acius and other palces to get demos or lists of developers, but it seems to be an exercise an futility to get a call back. Help! L. Hitchens hitchens@math.utah.edu U. of U.
