Word 5.1 Upgrade for 5.0 Owners

Does anyone know if a retailer is selling the $14.95 upgrade to
Word 5.1 for existing 5.0 Owners?????? I called Microsoft direct
and the tried to discourage me from going direct. I have not seen
anyone selling the cheaper upgrade. 

To order direct it's a hassle...you either have to send in the title
page from the manual or the disk, and hen you can call after nnn days
and order the upgrade....Why the heck do we send in the registration
cards???????
