For you lawyers out there.

I just purchased a copy of Berkley Systems' "Star Trek:
The Screen Saver."  I also own a copy of the original
After Dark.  Anyway, STTSS comes with an
After Dark Control Panel, and I replaced my old AD 
Control Panel with it.

In doing so, I realized I now own TWO legitimate copies
of the After Dark Control Panel.  What I would like to do
is give my original AD Control Panel to a friend to use
(as I won't be using it any longer).

If I give him JUST my original AD Control Panel (none
of the AD/MAD modules, since I'll keep using them),
will I violate my license?

The licenses are slightly different between AD and
STTSS, so if you have an answer, please try to base
it on the original AD package license.
