I am looking for a utility that would allow me to share a non-
networkable modem on an appletalk network.  I've seen it done
before - so I know it's possible.

There's a commercial product out called ShadowWriter that lets
a networked mac share it's personal printer.  I am looking for
the modem equivalent.

I am hoping to find shareware that will do it, but please let
me know of ANY software that can do the trick.
