My housemate is suddenly moving to Windows NT, and expects to have a new
Applevision 850 20" monitor available shortly for sale that she won't need.
(Yes, the monitor is...uh...bisexual, and will mate with both Macs and Wintels.)

The monitor is NEW in the Apple-sealed box, and has not been opened,
touched, or used.

The monitor specs are:

>M5229LL/A AppleVision 850 Display
> Supports multiple resolutions up to 1,600 by 1,200 on both
> Macintosh and Windows-based systems. Features a two page
> 20" (19.0 VIS) display with Sony Trinitron picture tube.

The most recently posted prices for this monitor on USEnet by other
sellers are $1599 and $1549.

Asking price is $1,400 (shipping and insurance not included if it needs to
be mailed). We live in
Silicon Valley, and would prefer a local buyer. We'd even be glad to
arrange for a local buyer to pick it up personally, open the box, inspect
it, plug it into my
Power Mac to verify that it works fine, or whatever pleases you. Of
course, we'll
provide the receipt, warranty info, etc.

If you'd like to purchase it, please E-mail me at eli@aimnet.com.

(I am a former Apple employee [see the Mac OS 8 Appearance Settings' About Box],
and can provide contact information for multiple people to whom I've sold
my no-longer-needed equipment in the past 9 months who would gladly vouch
100% for my
integrity and honesty.)
