Any PowerBook numbered between 145 and 165 should be roughly equivalent to the IIsi; they all have 25-33MHz 030's, though their passive-matrix displays will make them feel sluggish at times compared to the IIsi. A powerbook 170 or 180 (with their active-matrix displays) would feel about the same as the IIsi. There may be better deals on higher models, but then you're starting to get into the $300+ range.
