I have a SCSI harddisk (IBM deskstar) and an external box.
I want to connect connectors (from thumb-wheel switch for SCSI ID
in the external box) to jumpers (in the hard drive), and
  want to connect for LED.

* Connectors from the box represents as follows:

  Color Black Yellow Blue Red
  ID SW COM 4 2 1

  Color Red Black
  LED + -

* Pins in the hard disk represents as follows:

  SCSI ID Position
             1 2 3
     6 : [] []
     5 [] : []
     4 : : []
     3 [] [] :
     2 : [] :
     1 [] : :
     0 : : :

  LED Position
             7
             :

* Question:
  0. What kind of parts are needed to connect these?
  1. Where can I buy the parts?
  2. Would you explain how to connect?

  Thanks in advance.
