I have made formal complaints to Apple Australia before about Apple Centre and Logical Solutions in Canberra (also mishandling a warranty claim, leading to a two-week delay while they bounced faulty parts between their branches in Canberra). This brought a form letter saying something like "don't bother us, we're busy". That was three months back, and not a word since. I'm probably going to write a magnum opus about the abyssmal supprt and service that I have received from Apple Australia, as well as their Canberra dealer network, and send it off to the international bods in Cupertino. I won't hold my breath, though. It's a pity that Apple's machines are so good, and that Wintel stuff is so shitty, or I'd just vote with my feet. I suppose Apple are getting like AT&T: "we don't care -- we don't have to".
