System: PB3400c 64mb RAM, 2GB HD, System 8.1 Quicktake 200 camera and Quicktake 200 software 1.0 Problem: after installing the Quicktake software (with all extensions off) and restarting, I can't get the computer to recognize the camera. I keep gettinog a message that something else may be using the modem/printer port. The only device that uses that port on that system is a HP Deskwriter printer, and I've unplugged that and disabled those drivers using Extensions Manager. I have a modem, but it's the PC Card variety, not the built-in Ethernet/Modem card that comes with U.S. models of the PB3400. Any ideas what I'm missing or need to have present? Thanks.
