Getting anything before CW6 to build a Carbon app requires upgrading 
Universal Headers (pain in the ass) and then you still have to deal with 
non-Carbonized MSL (pain in the ass). CWP 6 is the first that can 
reasonably build a Carbonized app. So while I agree with the statement 
that CWP8 is not the first, saying that CWP4 can do it is really 
stretching the definition of "can"...
