I had a similar problem when I tried to print mailing labels. There's
a known problem if you try to set your top and/or bottom page margin to
zero. If you've done that, try setting it to something else such as 0.1in
and see if your problem goes away. (This problem was documented in the
addendum that came with 3.01.)
