Need help w Excel Macro

I am new to writing Excel macros, and I am experiencing some difficulties
with what (I am sure) is a simple problem...

Database A has Addresses in it, and in front of each entry is the person's
initials. Database B needs these addresses (it also has the person's initials)
but I don't want to have to go through DAtabase B, and copy all of the
addresses by hand :-(

Enter the wonderful world of macros :-)

What I have managed to do so far is to look at the initials in DAtabase A
and copy the address, but what I haven't figured out how to do yet is
how to pass the value of the initials from DAtabase A to Database B
and then tell the macro to "find all of the records in Database B with
these initials and paste the address from Database A there."

Suggestions are welcome, especially if you can think of another way to
solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,
