Design Works & schematic capture in general

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Design Works? A lab here
at Stanford had it once but has lost the master disk so it looks like
we need to get another copy.

On a similar note, can anyone recommend another program for schematic
capture? I'm told that Design Works did well for standard TTL parts,
but didn't handle things like PALs very well. Thanks in advance.
