RightBrain Software is looking for a special someone to join us as a
software engineer.

Responsibilities include engineering work on all of our products,
including Rulers, Portfolio, LockScreen, LaunchPad, PasteUp,
PhotoSynthesis, and Music Scribe, as well as any forthcoming products.

We're looking for someone with very strong user interface skills as
well as solid experience and discipline in programming.  The best
applicants will also have exceptional written communication skills, be
personable and good at interacting with people, and be up for
anything, from demoing at user group meetings to occasional system
administration tasks to technical support to writing documentation.

Job requirements include a degree in Computer Science or related
discipline, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and a minimum of 1
year experience programming in NeXTSTEP.  Specific experience in or
knoweldge of the publishing industry, fonts, and/or PostScript is also
highly desirable to the point of almost being a requirement.

There's lots of fun to be had, great coffee one block away at the
Caffe Verona, a good bunch of people to work with, and the
quintessential "start-up" experience, where you're almost as likely to
be stuffing paper into envelopes and handing them to the president to
shrink-wrap as you are to be writing software.

RightBrain Software is a start-up located in downtown Palo Alto,
California, dedicated to developing great publishing software for NeXT
