Printing on Nonstandard Sized Paper

I need to print on nonstandard sized paper (6.25 by 9 inches). I load this
paper into my NeXT printer, use the page layout panel to set the page width and
height to these values, and then print. The resulting output is not placed
properly on the page. I have tried this using Edit and FrameMaker with no
success. Does anybody know how to print correctly on nonstandard sized paper?
