Objective DB Toolkit c-exits

Does anyone know how to properly compile c-exits using Objective DB Toolkit? I
have an exit module that I can load manually in Interface Builder and it works
fine, but when I compile the application my exits don't seem to get loaded. Any
help would be appreciated.
