At the risk of starting a semantic argument, I would like to say that you
are looking for Version Control Software, not "Project Management" software.
Project management software usually refers to breaking a large project
into small pieces, sheduling work on the pieces, assigning workers and
other resources to the pieces, predicting completion time and cost, and
tracking progress. NeXT needs this too, of course.
