Well there are a few wrinkles, like correctly extracting the POST  
resources (unless you just want to rip the non-PS looking stuff out). Hard  
to do reliably programatically unless you deal with the resources. Mac  
files also come in a number of flavors by the time they show up on a NeXT  
(one or both forks, MacBinary, etc).

Thanks for mentioning our product. I'd like to point out that for the  
above mentioned price MetroTools also includes 5 other utilities  
(including a screen saver/locker that will also run BackSpace modules and  
most powerful dock extender yet for the NeXT). We also freely distribute  
the API to make writing additional utilities a snap.

We'll be posting an announcement regarding our new 3.0-specific version  
shortly.
