Terminal and Stuart Font Error Question

I use Stuart 2.3 and have some across the following error:

The font Times-Roman of size 14 is not fixed pitch.  Substituting an Ohlfs 10-point font.

I also get this error from Terminal:

The font 'Times-Roman' is not a constant-width font.

I use both 3.0 and 2.x machines, and get the same error from both.  Under 3.0, I have  
Times-Roman as my Fixed Pitch Font (which is obviously a problem if it is not a fixed  
pitch font,) but I don't see why Terminal and Stuart complain on the 2.x machines.

Any comments/suggestions would be a great help,
