I found a bug in Librarian 3.0.

Select the 'In Contents' and 'Prefix' mode and search for
'help build' (this takes minutes) but if you search for 'help' or 'build'  
alone there is no problem. But be careful after 'help build' every search  
is slow. So restart DL after this.
As far as I could see this is a bug in the IndexingKit. I used gdb to  
check this out. 2 threads do something with the IndexingKit an one of them  
seems to be locked in some mutex most of the time.
After the result is displayed 1 thread still performs indexing-stuff 
(namely -[IXAttributeTable nextHashState:andValue:])
