This seemed the most elaborate but perhaps simplest of two solutions.
Note that MH is in /pub/next/2.0-release/source.
James Dehnert (zeke@znext.cts.com) proposed a simpler solution that gets more
to my intention, involving a simple Sendmail-addheader" file. This is my plan B
and has the advantage of simplicity. I cannot vouch that MH works (I haven't
played around with it) ---especially in light of the directory in which it was
found.
