Kudos to Steve Ludtke on Plot3D using Renderman.  It looks great with
interactive renderman.

But I can't seem to print because there is "No Photorealistic Renderer"
running.  There doesn't seem to be anything in the online docs about
installing it.  I do have /usr/prman installed.  Anyone run into this?
