Two options (at least):

   1.  Create your own NewsFolders from menu Tools/NewsFolders...
	(hint:  use ALLCAPS when creating them
	so that they stick out like a sore thumb in the Browser view).
	Then, with an article on the main screen, use Tools/NewsFolders,
	select the folder you want to save, and the press the Copy to Folder
	button.  Presto !   And, now you can use NewsGrazer to peruse your
	own folders.  

   2.  There was a thing called News2Mbox floating around on the net.  It
	allows you to drag the document from the NewsGrazer document well
	to its own well, and it filed it in Mailboxes that later could be
	retrieved using Mail.app.   I used it for a while in its beta form,
	but decided to go back to the news folders.
