I'm installing C-News on a NeXTStation Turbo and have not been able to get it  
installed correctly.  I have complete instructions in a .ps file from a users  
group in Canada, but my problem occurrs when executing the ./doit.news script.   
When the includes C-News' version of putenv.c, the script chokes and exits  
reporting a problem with the number of variables not matching the prototype for  
the function.

Any suggestions or assistance would be helpful!  I tried compiling under 2.2  
and then under 3.0, both times reported the same errors.  Attempting to  
continue the process fails in parts of the remaining scripts doit.bin and  
again.root.
