As the person who attempted to get this evil line wrapping to finally
behave right, I'd like to point out that I did in fact introduce an evil
bug in it, which will only manifest itself on certain terminals. "It
will be fixed in the next release":-), but if you're impatient and get
hold of the source, you could try applying the patch below. A workaround
might be to make sure, e.g. by setting some tabstops, that you can 'tab'
your way to the rightmost column of the screen (while not in tcsh, of
course) - if you can already do this, your problem is presumably
something else.
