Still can't get TeXview to read .cshrc.

When I run TeXview from a terminal window, it gets the
environment variables, but when I run it from the Workspace,
it doesn't seem to read .cshrc and hence the previewer
can't find fonts and the TeX command window can't find
inputs.

I asked about this a couple weeks ago, and just got a
few responses from people who say they are not having this
problem.

Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?
