There's this nice little utility (application) written by Markus Stoll and  
Matthias Zepf called Rosetta which does this using a GUI.
The version I have converts Amiga, Atari ST, MacIntosch, MS-DOS and NeXT files
backwards and forwards.

It should still float around the archives (I'm still running 2.1).
