This is strange.  I upgraded to 3.0 a few days ago, and one of things
I did very soon after the upgrade was complete was pop in a Mac floppy.
Amazingly enough, it worked!  

But now, a few days later, no luck.  I stick in a Mac 1.44 Meg floppy
and the worksapce always reports is as unreadable.  I only have
two choices (NeXT/DOS) for formatting floppies as well.

What is going on here?  I recall seeing a thread sometime back about
this, but didn't have a chance to read those articles.
