Compile Taylor UUCP package. It's a GNU package doing anything you can  
expect from a healthy uucp implementation. You should get version 1.03 or  
version 1.04 from gnu.ai.mit.edu. (The latter version is under beta  
testing but has more interesting features).

Version 1.03 needs a patch to work with NextStep. You may want to  
subscribe to the taylor-uucp mailing list (taylor-uucp@gnu.ai.mit.edu) and  
ask for fresh news about it.
