I need to make a modification to sendmail for one of our networks. I was
under the impression that it could be done via the config file, but now it
looks like I'll have to modify the sendmail code and remake it.
My problem is that we have no sourcecode for the sendmail NeXT uses. Can
I get this from NeXT or should I just ftp the right version from Berkeley?
If anyone has tweaked with sendmail yet, I'd love to confer with you. For
this particular situation, we want to restrict certain machines from
sending nonlocal mail. The sendmail file I need to modify is conf.h, the
routine is CHECKCOMPAT.
Any hints, large or small would be warmly welcomed.
