Help, help, help!

I've gotten stuck with being the sysadmin for about 12 NeXT's here at work, but  
I know very little about sysadmin type stuff.  (Allright, I did get UUCP  
working on a PC7300, but that was years ago :-)

Printer - OK.
Exporting our 1.2G drive - OK.
News - OK. (Obviously)
Mail - dead as a bleeding door-knob.
	a> Can't mail from NeXT->NeXT
	b> Can't forward mail from company VAX's to NeXT
	c> Can't forward mail from sun gateway to NeXT

All I need to do is get mail working and everyone will get off my back (I  
hope).  I've looked in the sysadmin books I have available and there's not too  
much on the detailed innards of mail.  Help!
