I've connected my NeXT to the university's Ethernet and I'm able to telnet to other hosts within the campus domain. When I try to reach hosts outside the domain, I get a "network is unreachable" message. The NeXT is not configured as part of a NetInfo net and I believe I've done the local configuration in NetMgr correctly. (I'm assuming here that if I hadn't, I wouldn't be able to reach other UVic hosts). I'm able to connect to the other campus machines with either a domain name or an IP address, so I figure my machine is addressing the campus domain name server correctly. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks. Michael. -- Michael O'Henly McPherson Library Internet: lux@sol.uvic.ca University of Victoria lux@uvvm.uvic.ca Victoria, B.C., Canada BITNET: lux@uvvm
