I tried out but decide against the DoveFAX a while ago. The FAXmodem and the
software is long gone, there is no fax registered as printer, but still there
are startup messages about the Dove FAX in my messages and when the faxreader
starts it complains about the Dovefax it cannot find (or something of that
kind).

What is going on here?
