Backup to DAT

We have connected an HP6400/2000 DAT drive to one of our NeXT to backup our
network. It is connected to the SCSI port as #3. We are told that we should
use /dev/rxt0 in the cpio command however it doesn't work. We have tried to
use the mt command with the status option and it says no such device or
address.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what device we should be using?

Thanks in advance.

Try using /dev/nrst0. It works for the Archive Python DAT drive. It might
work for the HP drive as well.
