3.11 Routegen+Econfig Bug??

    Seems that econfig'ing a router.exe gen'ed for a dedicated protected
mode router, causes the to be router to hang w/ a General Abend error.
The configurations I have tried on two machines are:
1. Zenith 286-12 with 640+1024k, NP600 (EC driver), 4mbps IBM Tr nics(v2.60
   drivers)
2. Zenith 386-25 with 640+2048k, 3C503 (EC driver v4.11), 16/4 IBM Tr nic
   (v2.60 drivers)
In both cases, the real mode configuration came up fine whether ECONFIG'ed
or not.  The protected mode configuration froze the routers AFTER
initializing the LAN's and showing the ':' prompt.  Right after the
prompt the General Abend error pops up and freezes the machine. If the
protected mode configuration is NOT ECONFIG'ed, then the router comes up
fine.
Any ideas on this problem??
